I was thinking to buy a starter kit but then I want to buy the part seperate. I saw this Clearomizer but I have no idea which ego battery will work with. It said
Compatible with:

Superior eGo Kit

VTube Kit

eGo-vv Battery
but I don't know if I can use it with other ego batteries

I hope this isn't inappropriate, but while the CE5 is a good clearo, (tho the product page you linked looks like its using a picture of the Smoktek Redux without naming itself such, and since the Redux is a knockoff version of the CE5, there's no telling what kind of quality it is,) I've recently discovered the Innokin iClear 16 its a dual coil clearo with the same profile/drip-tip and capacity that produces much better vapor and flavor IMO, and VapingMe sells them $2 cheaper than that somewhat suspicious CE5... Also a good vendor to get an eGo style battery from. I'd reccomend the JoyeTech eGo-C Twist, you won't actually need variable voltage with the iClear (they seem to be designed to vape optimally at a standard 3.4-3.7volts,) its nice to have the option, esp. if you're using different attys.

This is a good starter kit but the clearos included are disposable. I use the vivi novas. This is a basic starter kit but it got me off a 2pad habit.
The charger works when you want to upgrade to a spinner or twist. Have to get juice separately.

KGO is 808 threaded.
An 808 VV upgrade would be available from Volt or Halo.
