CE5 Clearomizer

So, on Friday I stopped into my local B&M, I was going to get another smaller cartotank and the guy encouraged me to try a CE5 Clearomizer. Ok, I'll bite and give it a go.
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. When I fill it, I am careful not to get juice in the middle. I stuck a toothpick in the hole so juice would not get in it. The problem is, when I put it on my KGO battery, I end up with a mouth full of hot juice and no vapor. What am I doing wrong???

Possibilities:

• Defective clearomizer
• E-liquid drop(s) between battery and clearomizer
• E-liquid did somehow get in the tube

I'd start by asking for an exchange. If that's not possible, then a cleaning and dry burn might work.

Have you tried only filling CE5 to only about half way, setting it sit for a few minuets and then having a vape? If you have tried this and still no good outcome then yeah you probably got your hands on a bunk clearomizer.
