ce5 wickless Cartomizers not working correctly/cheap alternatives.

Morning,

Hothaerybody is enjoying their morning vape. I posted last week about problems I was having with the ce5 wickless cartos. I bought a bunch of them (as in 40) to try different flavors of juice. It seems everytime I use a new one, I get the horrible burnt taste. I normally let the juice sit for 10 minutes before firing it up. Sometimes the burnt taste goes away after a few puffs, sometimes it takes a full tank to get rid of the taste and sometimes it doesnt go away at all. Several people recommended bottom coil tanks but they are a bit pricey for trying e-juices (i have over 60 samples).

Is there anyway to use the remaining ce5s before upgrading to a tank or are there any tanks that are reasonably priced? (Im paying about 1.69 per ce5). Is there anything I could do with the ce5s to improve the taste? They are wickless, instead there is a center tube with some holes. I fill it with enough juice to cover all the holes, let it sit about 10 minutes, and start on the lowest setting of my ego twist.

Thank you.

A dripping atomizer is basically a barrel with a coil sitting at the bottom. You thread a wick through the coil, and drip some juice down onto it. Then you vape until the wick gets semi-dry, and drip some more. The simplest design ever.

I use a Squid, officially known as the Smoktech Mini RDA. The Octopus (Smoktech RDA without the Mini part) is a little bit larger, and probably a little bit easier to build. Both are relatively cheap.

Dampmaskin the dripping atomizer the previous poster was mentioning was "old school atomizers" not the new style rebuildable atomizers. I agree with Jasonv the old school dripping is best way to try many flavors, add a few drops puff away and when flavor dies down and more or switch to a new flavor.

To the OP, check your favorite vendor for atomizers, they should look like this for reference. 510 Atomizer, 510 Atomizers | MadVapes
also I'm not a fan of ce5's in general, the ones with the wicks running out the tube had a horrible wicking experience with and I use mainly PG juice because of a VG allergy. With the the wick less system, which actually does have wicking it's just not exposed I personally dont see it being much better cause the juice would have to work harder to get to where it needs to be.
