Hello all. Long time no see!

Just popped in to say that i am at one year no smoking thanks to V4L. Thank you everybody!!! Thank you old and new members.

Sorry I have not been on... life got busy and huge changes good and bad have happend. Through it all I have stayed away from smoking. I have found my nitch which is manual regular batteries....wow carts....and wowboy liquid.

I will keep this short and not bore you to death!
