Chalice FS in the classies...

I know most of Reoville doesn't spend much time in the classies at this point, but I know there are several peeps trying to score a Chalice.

There is one that just went up. It's part of a package deal with some wood box mods, but if you are looking for a Chalice it might be worth a look.

Hahaha. Yeah right! I just remember that one cat that was offering a new Reo/RM2 setup for weeks trying to find one. I figured there would be some interest here since the Chalice gets so much love in Reoville.

Yeah the bundling with the other mods that I would never use is the problem.

It was a $150 atty retail when they were available, and they probably won't be making them again any time soon. I paid $180, which is absolutely ridiculous, but well under actual market price. Some guy on reddit was peddling one for $325 not too long ago. It is what it is. The market for mad overpriced vaping gear is absurd, and this atty is a perfect example of that. Apparently they are the bomb, which is why I bought one. We will see. I want leak free Reo vaping, and I think this is the answer.

Add up the cost of a chalice, bf box mod and a midi box mod and you will find your answer.

It's the same in any market, marginal improvements.

A bottle of wine that costs £100 isn't ten times as good as a bottle of wine that costs £10.

It probably is better, but I'd rather have ten times as much wine

Seeing who the seller is I'm sure the price is fair enough. You can always resell the two mods to recoup some of the cost. If it weren't for the fact I plan on taking a few weeks off work soon I'd buy it and do just that.

The fit and finish is the bomb. Real talk. And it basically doesn't leak. Great design. Not sure it is worth $200+, but I do like the Chalice. I actually like the build configuration. Way easier to build with a Z coil than my last Reomizer with the post holes set up from the factory with the least useful hole positions ever.
