Change date format?

Is there any way to change the format that ECF displays dates to me?

I've never been able to get my head around MM/DD/YYYY and would much
prefer YYYY/MM/DD, but I can't see any way to change this.

Sorry, that is a global setting for the forum. If we change it it will affect everyone.
