New Theme: Top bar displays incorrectly

I haz a oddz:

Depending on what part of the forum I am in the tippy top blue bar region isn't formatting correctly. Some times this text:

Welcome, Rickajho My Profile Notifications: 32 My Profile Settings Logout

displays within the blue bar and is visible. Other times after I change to a different page, on the new page load it ends up below the blue bar. That would be white on white at that point - and it's only visible during hover over - when it changes from white to orange.

I'm trying to figure out if there is any rhyme or reason as to what pages I'm on when it becomes a formatting problem like that. Right here on forum/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=364 it's displaying correctly. When I view My Profile page - not working right.

This would be FireFox at 1024x768

You know what it is:

One some pages, only related to Profile (My Profile, My Settings, Likes Received etc) , it throws up this stream of junk:

That writes into the top of the screen, grey text on blue bar so it's barely visible, and throws off the page formatting, affecting the top of the page.

When it used to do that under older themes I just ignored it, because it didn't mess with the page format or visibility of into. Now it does.
