Changing flavors?

I'm a week into vaping and only have 2 tanks (more on the way). I'm using the Halo Triton top coil wicks. Being so excited with all the different flavors I bought about 20 different ones. So my question is I've been washing out the tank and wicks, let them dry and fill with new flavor. Do I have to wash between each flavor change or can I just empty out any juice left and fill with new juice? Obviously I would keep the tobacco with tobacco and citrus with citrus. Will the old juice taste go away after a few puffs?

Hi Droopy and welcome to the forum.

Congratulations on a week of vaping! Triton is a great setup. Are you using their juices or shopping around?

You can empty the juice from your Triton tanks and refill with another juice without washing/drying in between. It may take more than a few puffs to completely get rid of the first juice. You could use paper towel to get most of the old juice out of wicks between flavors or you may just discover you like the taste of both juices mixed together.

Dry burn after you change them. I would look into rewicking them with cotton, and I would do that between flavors.. then, you just have to rinse tank.

Try a cisco bridgeless atomizer with a sealed post to see if you want to commit a tank to a liquid..

I bought about 5 of their flavors and liked all of them. Just bought a big bottle of Torque 56. But I also have juice from Mt Baker, Plume Room(ordered), Vapor Dudes, Juicy Vapor. Right now I'm sucking on Tribeka from Halo and .....in Birdie (strawberry cream) from Juicy Vapor. Thank you as well for your response.

Hi Droopy! I have the Halo Triton, too! I LOVE IT! Right now I have five regular Triton tanks, two of the G6 mini-tanks and several cartomizers so I can swap juices easily. You can pour out the first juice and refill with a similar, or remove the coil and wick then rinse tank and replace with a fresh coil while the other one gets washed and dried. When you buy new tanks, they come with a coil and wick as well. I hardly ever have to replace a coil and have not had one die yet in 6 weeks. Until I learned to "tip and swirl" to keep the wicks saturated I did get a few burn marks on the wicks, but not a problem any more - and I vape mostly straight VG which is quite thick. I couldn't be happier with the set up. Now I am on a quest to find 10 or so juices I like. Funny, when I was smoking I always wanted the SAME taste, now all I want is VARIETY! There is a Halo specific forum here that will maybe help with your more Halo specific questions. Lots of really nice, helpful people. Glad you made the switch! Hope to see you over there

So I just tried the Café Mocha and WOW!! My favorite so far by a long shot. I found I am partial to the chocolates. The only flavor from Halo that I didn't care for that much is Tribeka. But that being said I would still vape it.
