Does a flavor become tired to individual tastes, or change in a short period of time?

I loved Halo Torque56, to me it was delicious. I found it had a nice warm, maple syrup flavor.
After two weeks vaping it almost exclusively, I have somehow lost that good taste, and now it's lousy. Now it has an empty or metallic/medicine flavor.

I'm 3/4 finished with my first 30ml bottle, and I'm terribly disappointed. I have a fresh 30ml bottle too, and they both smell the same (to me) in the bottle.
I've tried fresh cartos, washed cartos, used factory Torque56 cartos, and they all produce the same result; yuk.

So I'm wondering if my sense of taste has changed so quickly, or I need to let it steep in the carto for a period of time, or maybe it's time to move on and find a different flavor?
Does this happen often where a flavor gets tired to individual tastes, or changes?
Anyone else find the same change in Torque56?

Have you maybe tried vaping another flavor for a while, then come back to the 56? Or, brushing your teeth sometimes helps.

If I vape my favorite juice all day long, I can no longer taste the flavor. I started loading three cartomizers with different flavors each day and rotating between the three. This keeps the flavor true for me. YMMV.

Try vaping a completely different flavor for hours, maybe even for the rest of the day. Then, try the 56 again.

I'm glad to bring a smile, but, I'm serious. I think any liquid tastes its absolute best after brushing the teeth

Sometimes steeping could be the deal-breaker unfortunately I've had a couple juices taste scary after steeping.

Taste bud malfunction, inevitable. Our senses have a way of getting used to almost any smell/taste with prolonged exposure. I switch between at least 2 flavors a day. Try water, tea, minty flavor, lots of home remedies, but best could be time.
