Changing Flavors

Any hints for quickly changing flavors on a dripping atomizer?

Can I just wash the wick with water and then dry burn it?

I just dry burn and blow instead of inhale till I feel it's gone, or just use organic cotton and you can change it in 2 seconds.

I use a small rda (Cyclone, clone) with short wicks (silica). Three to five drops -- next!

I have no cotton and am too lazy to go to the store today. Anyone know, the top of the pillbottles ,is that stuff cotton?
