changing O-rings on IBTanked....how the hell?

I have fat little fingers and I cant honestly understand how I could even attempt to change my inner o-rings...tips? videos? help?!?

picks are a great tip, that's what I use. A small slotted screwdriver will work, as well. In a pinch you can use a straightened out paper clip, too, though it can be tricky if it's not sturdy enough
