Changing out O Rings On SS DC Tank by MAP

Okay I figure now that I have done this on mine I should post the instructions on how to do it so anyone who may not know how will be able to have an idea of how to do it. You WILL eventually need to.

What you will need:

1 A Dual Coil tank by MAP...(DUH!!!) LOL

2 A Replacement internal O RIng

3 A Dental Pick,(Or a bent small paperclip or anything really that is small and fairly ridged)

4 A Dual Coil Cartomizer


Okay that is all you need to do this.

Steps:

1 Disassemble your tank Remove Cartomizer and caps then set tube aside after cleaning Caps and Tube.

2 Grab the cap you want to change the internal O Ring on.

3 Use Dental Pick,(Or other aforementioned object), and run it down into the cap to remove the existing O Ring and discard in the rubbish, there will be no further use for this.

4 Place new O Ring on your fingertip and push it slightly into the Cap. It will not seat properly but that is fine.

5 Once the O Ring is inside the cap, take your carto and insert into the cap over the O Ring and ever so gently push the O ring down until you feel it seat itself into the slot it goes in.

6 Reassemble everything, Fill and Vape your Brains out.


There ya go, simple as pie and takes less than 2 minutes

Thank you very much IOU. I have also been informed that this method will also work on the Other Cartomizer Tanks that use internal O Rings as well,(Which makes sense as they all fit a carto), so everyone else with one of the other models can benefit as well. That is even better in my eyes because that helps even more people
