Changing the front cap?

I'm not sure how to explain that but I'll try... My atomizer (kayfun) made some deep scratches on that round golden thing in the front cap (is it called a circuit? A contact?). Is there anyway to change the front cap? I'm afraid my Provary may stop working due that and I wont be able to use Provape warranty since I live in Europe... I'm going to buy 510 to 510 adapter but still...

It's a contact point (where the electricity flows). It's made of brass. You'd have to do some pretty serious damage to it to affect it's functionality. As long as you keep it clean & it can make contact with whatever you've got connected to it, you should be fine.

But in case I ever damaged it, would the only option be buying a new Provari?

Not sure how that would be possible short of intentionally trying to damage it, but then you'd have to have the bad part replaced. I don't know what ProVape charges for that, but you can look it up on their website or it's been posted dozens of times here. You can still use the warranty, regardless of what continent you're on. The shipping may be a bit more, but it'd still be a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

No, you would just send your ProVari to Provape and they would fix it for you for a small charge. That's what makes ProVaris so incredably wonderful, they can be fixed and you wont be spending an arm and a leg.

Well, shipping costs 50$ for me. So 50$ to ship it to US and I guess 50$ more for sending it back so it's not a good option...

Maybe they's have a option - I'd email ProVape and ask.
Possibly a european "authorized repair" option for something like that?
