This appears to be a fake website setup to scam people into buying from Direct E-Cig
You're right, it is. This one has been floating around for months.
Marketers of E-cigarettes can't proclaim (on their commercial websites) that E-cigs
help people stop smoking. However, they can use pages like this (with back-links)
to their commercial website. Some are subtle and others (to us) are obvious.

The FDA (whether regulating drugs or tobacco) can take enforcement actions against a manufacturer/importer if the company disguises their commercial website as something else (e.g. a phony news service).
I'm sure the FDA is not going to attack websites or web pages that are not
part of marketer's commercial websites.
If they do... Blu has enough of them out there to keep them busy for years.
Works for me. Maybe Blu could make themselves worthwhile afterall.
I can't believe they can do this. After the whole article they have a clause in the fine print that states:

Yes this is the typical "Free E-Cig" scam. Also in the fine print that most people don't read:
