Charger dead?

Howdy.

I have the 510 Titan E-NIC 5 Battery MEGA Charger. Just tonight, the red lights dimmed (all of them) and when I put a battery in it does nothing. Did it die?

Sorry I can't offer any ideas. I don't use those items. Sorry no one has jumped in to perhaps help.
There is not much going on with this tw sub-forum , not even from a company. Par for the course it looks like.

Well, I haven't been able to find a charger anywhere else that charges multiple batteries at once. Do you know of any? Guess I better do some shopping elsewhere. The downfall of many a big company has been poor customer service.

Er, Rosco is telling the truth when he says the ECF forum is not the place to get replies but not the whole truth, which is actually not very helpful to you and your problem. If you use the TW forum which is linked through the Totally Wicked site (via the social page), you'll find all the veteran users of their products, and some TW staff, there to help you out. Its a 24/7 place so it doesn't really matter when you post either, you'll get a reply very quickly. I know of at least three regulars who are experts on batteries because of their RL jobs. Good luck!
