Hi guys,

Just bought this model, charged once. Red light turned green. The charger worked fine.

At the second time, since I plugged the charger, the led turned automatically green and it didn't charge my battery. In fact, I tried for one hour to charge it and I even felt some different smell coming from both charger and battery.
Does anyone have the same problem and could solve it?

Thank you!

If, when attaching a battery, the charger light stays green, it suggests that no connection is actually being made. Unplug the charger from the adapter, turn off the battery. Clean all the contacts with a swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol and let dry.

Often, new chargers may have a slight odor when getting warm, so if neither battery nor charger is very warm, that might be it. If you get a red light after cleaning the contacts, you might be ok. But don't leave it alone, and charge it in a fire-safe place.

If you can, try a different charger on your battery, and a different battery on your charger, to isolate the problem.
