I just got a new pen style in yesterday from ESCI. I looked everywhere and I can't see a model number in the book or any packaging. The problem I'm having is.. I got 2 batteries, i put the first one in and the charger light was instantly green and nothing blinked.. since this was my first e-cig I wasn't sure if the battery came precharged or not so I took it off the charger and emailed ECSI and asked them. While waiting for them to write back I went ahead and put the second battery on. It blinked a few times and the light went red. So I left it on for 12 hrs to be on the safe side. When I took it out the light stayed green with no battery in it. I put the first battery in again and still nothing changed.. no blinking and staying green. Took out the battery again and charging light still green.

The light on the charger being green with no battery connected to it is normal. Putting a battery on the charger and the light stays green = battery already charged. Just use both batteries until you see the tip start flashing at least 20 times. Then put them on charge for 2-4 hours.
Don't trust lights on chargers. They are not accurate indicators of whether a battery is charged or not. Recharge your batteries per user manual specs; usually 2-3 hours.
