So, this is probably kind of a n00b question but I would rather be safe than burned.

I ordered a VMOD kit today that comes with this charger:
VMOD XL18650 Battery Charger

It only calls out 18650 and 14500. Now I'm assuming it would be safe for 18350 & 18490 AW high drain as well but I just want to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Hmmm... That looks like one of those cheapo Japa-China rebranded things. Zero technical info on their web site about it. What it's going to come down to is:

First, will 18350 & 18490 even fit. Won't know until you receive it. You DO NOT stack two 18350's or 490's into a single charging bay. Ever.

Second, what - if any - info is going to be on that charger once you receive it. The cardinal rule when charging li-on is you never put more charging current into a battery than it's rated output. If that charger says it's output current it 1000 mA (unlikely, for that particular charger) but your 18490's are only a rated output of 700 mAh then that would be a very bad combination.
