The only concern I've heard voiced is the output level of the wall adapter. The vv3 charges at 500 mah. My ego batter wall adapter has an output of 500 mah, so I have no problem with it. The plug-in adapter for, say, my old HTC phone is 1000 mah. When charging on this, I've noticed my vv3 gets a little warm, but it also seems to charge faster. Some with more knowledge on the subject than I have debated whether or not this is a good or bad thing or whether it would damage the
device--but most people have claimed they have had no problems. Chances are, if you do shorten the life of your device, you'll already be looking for a replacement or upgrade, so....
