Chargers and lack of standardization and rating information

To tell you the truth, I'm sick of USB chargers. Not only are they elitist in assuming all vapers have a computer, but also that those who have a computer have countless USB ports to dedicate for hours to charging vape batteries. Right now, 2 of my 3 ports are occupied charging vaporizer batteries. Why are wall-outlet chargers an anathema to manufacturers?

In addition, the USB chargers I have do not have rating info on them. I can judge whether I can use them with various devices if I knew the amps and voltage specifics, but manufacturers choose to hide that info.

1. USB ports are not for the elite.
2. Please don't charge your ecig or batteries from your computer.
3. If you feel uncomfortable with your current usb chargers not dictating any safety information, you should buy one that you know is safe to use.
4. We are elitist by assuming all vapers have a wall outlet they can use, some homeless people also vape.

Well I don't know what you're buying or from where. But the only things I have ever used in my vaping career that used a USB charger were my first eGo batteries. And those came in a kit that included a charger and the AC to USB adapter to go with. Consequently they never touched a computer USB port - they never had to.

Considering you can buy 1 amp AC to USB adapters on Amazon for all of two bucks, even if your gear didn't come with an adapter I don't see the problem here.
