Charging 18650 Battery DNA 40 via USB

Hi I’ve been search for hours to find out how long it take to charge a single average 18650 battery like a Efest 18650 2500mAh or a Samsung R25 via the usb plug in most new mod boxes seem to provide.

I’m getting a HB dna 40 which has a charging port like all dna 40 devices I’m just trying to figure out how long it will take to charge. Or whether I should get an external wall charger like everyone else! Why does even have one, did old VV and VW devices just not have an usb charging port?

Currently I have seen people say the usb can only handle 0.5A however USB 3.0 apparently is 2A(?) can the dna 40 handle both? And if it’s 0.5A will it take 4-6h that most wall charges take?

I was about to make an order from MBV and try some new ejuices so any info would be great as I really want to complete the order!

Hey i now have my HB DNA 40 so for anyone else interested in the charging time of a 18650 2500mAh battery via a DNA usb charger it about 4-5h during this time i did not use the mod box at all. (at least that's how long it took to charge my Samsung 25r) So for anyone who cant wait around for 4-5h in front of there pc waiting for there batteries to charge get a battery charger.
