So, I have an adapter which makes 510 attys fit on my KR808D-1 batts. This implies that the batteries output roughly similar voltage. However...

With such an attachment, it would fit on my (in the mail) multicharger, and I could forget about having multiple charger dongles floating around. Is this going to charge or release an malodorous, nicotine free, plastic flavored vapor from my charger?

Any thoughts or first hand accounts would be helpful.

This is the charger: 510 Titan E-NIC 5 Battery MEGA Charger

Of secondary importance, but a nice to know if anyone does:
Normal chargers tell you that you have to remove the battery when it's finished charging... WTG cheap/lazy route, since a simple diode would solve this, but any idea if that multicharger bears the same caveat?

Welcome to the forums erich:).....well as long as the amp output is the same, I don't see why not.. I haven't tried this though.
Do you have an adapter from the 510 to the 808 batt? If the charger has the same amp and volt output as the required 808's spec, I would....of coarse I would just buy a USB for the 808 or a charger for your 808 batt

An adapter has absolutely nothing to do with the voltage or the polarity of the voltage - nothing

The adapter only changes the threads. They are only meant for using one model's atomizers or cartomizers on another model's battery. Atomizers and cartomizers do not care about battery polarity nor the exact voltage. Batteries care very much and can actually fry as in melt and vent lithium (dangerous!) if you put them on the wrong polarity charger.

Unless you know the exactly how both chargers work, the polarity and voltage of each, you could damage everything and cause danger to yourself and others. Basically it may work, or it may cause permanent damage and people have gotten burns from putting thing on a wrong polarity charger.

My charging setup is a 4-port 2-amp AC to USB (Rosewill RUC6181 from NewEgg.com) with charging cables for the various models I use.

Yeah, I have a single USB dongle charger for the 808's, and that's fine. Was just hoping I could move to a single unit and not have to worry about it. I'll have to research more on the amperage output of that charger. Probably on the bottom of the unit when I get it. The voltage is the same. Polarity is a good point, though. The atomizers wouldn't care there, so could go either way from model to model and you'd never know the difference.

Thanks guys!
