Charging and Filler questions

1 - Is it okay to start a charge the e-cig at bedtime and unplug it in the morning or is leaving it in the charger overnight harmful?

2 - How often should I change the teabag filler in my cartridge if I'm using it every day?

I'm not having any problem with leaving the batteries on the charger overnight. Not using the PTB filler so other's will answer that, I'm sure.
