Charging battery question

When I got my EVOD I did not get a wall charger. I read where it can be unsafe to charge off of a computer in case there is a malfunction it could damage your usb port or the computer. Is it ok to use any wall charger with a USB port. I've been using a cell phone charger and just plugging it into that. Seems to work fine, just wanted to make sure this is ok. Thanks.

Yes, your USB phone charger will be fine. Warning don't leave the battery charging unattended. Most battery failures occur while charging.

It'll charge quickest if it meets specs- there's a label on your wall charger- see if it reads: OUTPUT-DC- 500Ma.
