I have a broken ego and was wondering if I dissemble it if it has a charging circuit inside?

No it doesn't The eGo charger has the... charging circuit. The battery only has a circuit that shuts is down at 3.2 volts and - in theory - also shuts it down if it goes over 4.2 volts during charging. That battery protection circuit is no substitute for a charger.
