No worries there. Very often mine are like that. As the manual says in the Cuboid that if there is a .3 difference something could be wrong. As in if one was 3.8 and other was 4.2. Even a lesser concern when they come new because they may not have the exact same charge on them coming from the factory. I see you have three. If running them in a RX200 or DNA200 you will want to charge them all together and run in mod together and keep them as a matched set of three. If using them in a single battery mod then if they charge different it does not matter anyways. CHEERS!
No way to tell, buy most 4 bay chargers I've seen say to only charge in pairs, i.e. 2 or 4. You have 3, so that could be part of why the single has gone slightly higher.
