Charging help Please

Greetings, please can you advise, and tell me to stop if you think its a bad Idea.


I have one of these its an old Nokia 510 type batt( see link)


Nokia battery (BPS-2)


out of the plastic case it looks like this, Li-Polymer batt and a Circuit Board attached to it



Is the Below Circuit boad attached a Charging Circuit for this Li-Polymer Batt?



Will the above Charging Circuit if it is a Charging Circuit, Charge the Below Batt Via USB?
or Does The below BL-5C have a charge circuit built in




Your greatness will be truly thanked or tell me to stop rigght now and may be direct me to a way to charge the BL-5c as it fits great in a box im looking to use as a USB/ on the go mod

i do have a Nokia dcv-1b desktop charder That I could use (just found it)
