would it help my ecig battery last longer if I treated it like other battery..i mean like let the battery run all the way down before you recharge? compared to topping it off ever so often..seem im always afraid it will die before I finsh my day..

If it's an ego, it has no memory. But it can be charged only so many times before you need to replace it.
nit sure what kind it is..is the number of charges..high or low say like 100 that you get in the life of it

What do you mean ecig battery the ego type or the lithium 18??? type
Egos typically last around 300 charge cycles before the battery starts to not charge as much, from what I understand. So you should probably get about ten months out of it if you're charging every day/night.
Lithium batteries don't take a set like the older Ni-cad batteries. You'll actually get more life out of them if you don't run them all the way down.
