What's everyone's opinion on Charlie Noble's Custard?

I realized that I have to stick to a budget for vaping, but I've also tried a few budget brands here and there (like VapeWild...) and did not like them at all.

How does Charlie Noble hold up? Does it taste OK in the Kanger Subtank? Does it truly come through as a custard, or something else? Can hardly wait for it to get here!

I can't speak for the custard YET because I just haven't made my way to it but I can speak to several I have tried in the $49 sample I purchased. I use the subtank with my CN because it seems to wick better in the tank compared to other tanks I have. Man the juice is molasses but the subtank handles it no problem. I'm using the 1.2 ohm coil to much satisfaction. I'm currently vaping Commodore Pearry. Awesome flavor great vapor production. I have also tried Tripoli (great tobacco), BlueBay is awesome, and Solairs PointPoint also a great Vape. I haven't been disappointed with any of the flavors that I have tried and plan on ordering more as I work through the many juices I already have on hand. I have heard their custard is off the hook so I am anxious to try it but I'm trying to exercise patients..so...hard.... Off of that I have to give CN a thumbs up at least from my POV. Hope this helps!

Well, somehow Mr. Noble managed to skip my package for both the morning and noon dropoffs (I ordered it last night, so...), but for what's essentially a $5 liquid ($2 of that $7 is probably part of the shipping fee), I guess I can't complain.

I just wish I could try it before Monday. Running very low on juice!

I love it. It's a premium juice - don't let the price fool you. It is a nice custard flavor and not heavy on the sweet side, like many other custards I have tried tend to be. Great vapor production too. It also ages well for a heavy VG juice. The first bottle I tried was about 7 months past bottling date and it was great. Working on one right now that is only a few weeks out and it's just as good. The juices seem to be pretty good FOOB. I also enjoy Tripoli. I try to have both of those on hand at all times.

You know what, I forgot about Memorial Day. I probably won't get the Charlie in til Tuesday.

Yep, I've got a bone to pick as to why it would take over 35 hours for my order to be dropped at the post office when they know Memorial Day's coming up...

I politely asked for a sample of Tripoli, and with this delay, I sincerely hope they decided to be generous. I called them and all I could hear is children screaming and babies crying, it sounded like a daycare, not a vape shop.

But I guess for the price, I still can't complain. If it's a decent juice (they'd really have to fudge up to make a 75%-ish VG liquid to taste bad...), then the price is a huge plus to the community!

So my package arrived and the worry was worth the wait - they were amazingly kind enoug to include a full 15ml of Tripoli! 30ml's of juice for $7 total!

And let me tell you, the Custard is AMAZING! I'm a huge juice snob, I've tried the "best of the best", and NOTHING compares to this. The closest bet is possibly Cyclops Vapor, but still not quite.

To describe the flavor, it started out a touch like baking soda, which had me worried. However, three puffs later, it completely changed and turned to this awesome blend of vanilla custard (super thick in flavor, not so eggy) and pie crust. The pie crust flavor is a tad hard to recognize as "crust" at first (never had a crust flavor taste this authentic! usually its way too spice-based!) but when you picture the food, it snaps into place. The vapor even feels super fluffy, thick, and almost food-like. Crunchy!

The only gripe is that the Custard is a hair too thick for the Kanger Subtank. You can't do back to back puffs without getting a burny-rubber taste, and 25 watts is the best bet here. Still, it's my new ADV, and at $7.00 per 15ml (free shipping on ANYTHING too!), I recomend EVERYONE try this. I've rarely had anything so well-rounded!

I should say that it's the Subtank 'Nano' that's starts the problems... its airflow is a lot less than the Mini and Full, and it creates some heat problems... pretty bad ones at that. I'm upgrading to either/or the first chance I get, as that airflow is perfect on the full model!

I'm now a die-hard Charlie Noble fan though! I was so worried that this stuff would be like VapeWild (yuck!) but this stuff is better than anything I've ever had! And the PRICE! OMG!

I'm also noticing that Noble's nicotine gives me a buzz like no other, even though there's no throat hit at 3mg. Their nicotine is TOP NOTCH perfect in quality. You could Sub Ohm 6mg in this no problem!

The only other thing is that baking soda-ish taste is ever so slightly there. It's by no means strong, it's barely a nudge, and it both makes the crust more authentic and ever so slightly subtracts as well. But its there in a sense that you'd taste it in a real pie crust, rather than a chemical flavor. This stuff tastes so organic it's unreal!

Like you know how if you're eating pie, and you taste a little flour build up from the pan? Not nasty, but a little different? That's what this little nudge of nuance in this juice sort of relates too, but more of a darker powder. And it blends in so naturally that in spite of being a slight notice, it actually makes the crust linger on the tongue better, and actually creates a slightly "smoked custard" effect at random times.

This juice is GOOD!

So I tried another bottle of the Custard, and it was nowhere near as good. My first bottle was born 4 months before I got it, while the 2nd had been made the day it shipped out. It had no flavor whatsoever and even tasted a little rubbery.

I couldn't steep it because it was really the last juice I had to vape. IMO, they shouldn't send juices out that fresh, and even someone I talked to on the phone agreed it wasn't good fresh. (Either that, or I honestly think it may have been a bad batch.)

And now I ordered the Pistachio RY4, but now, the problem is that I ordered it 3PM Friday, but despite being open until 8PM on Friday and Saturday, they told me they won't be sending my package out til Monday. I'm honestly starting to get a little annoyed at these guys, especially when the Pistachio RY4 is not a cheap juice.
