Chat broken?

Is anyone else having difficulty getting into the chat? If this post is not in the right place, I apologize. Looking over the different boards for awhile led me to believe this would be the most appropriate place to post this question. Up until today, I was able to just click the live chat link, then press connect. Today, I'm having a rough time. Thanks in advance for any responses to my query.

The ops have been going through a hard time recently with the server. I'm sure it'll be back online soon enough.

i cant connect via the ecf.ddns.net nor the irc.ecigarette-forum.com and both of them were "up" yesterday when i tried to connect....
