Chat room seems to be down?

I tried logging in, twice, to the ECF chat room. It's not working. It said it was an invite-only room. I know that is not true, so I'm wondering what is going on. Is it down for maintenance?

We had a minor flood attack from the usual suspects. Under control now and the channel is reopened.
