Yes but this is easily fixed..

Also give the ability's for veterans to be able to kick any people causing problems. Vdterans wouldn't abuse the power, and people with 1month + 50post's shouldn't want to get banned from chat so they should behave quite well.

In theory you would think this would work. In practice, however, it was proven that it didn't. It is unfortunate that a few bad apples spoiled it for everyone else, but we just don't have the manpower to moderate chat 24/7 along with everything else.

And for some reason shoutboxes can bring out the worst in people. They seem to think thye are exempt from the rules.
