E-Cigarette Starter Kit, Model 510 Black Automatic

Ive got an old njoy RN4081 I have had forever, Im down to one good atty and one good bat, and Im trying to "cut back" on analogs (it makes it easier for me to tell myself im cutting back instead of quiting)and going with out my ecig isnt going to cut it. I dont want a large battery ego or riva, I still want the relative cig size, I hate manual bats, Is this a good buy or not? its got 2 attys and 2 bats and its cheap

Actually, I don't recommend the 510 automatic battery. The 510 manual batt is very well implemented.

The best automatic battery IMO is the Kr8: true 3.7V (vs. the 510's 3.2V), 280 mAh (vs. the 510's 180 mAh), and an automatic switch that doesn't engage unless you suck on the cartomizer or atomizer attached to it. It can be used with Kr8 cartomizers, of course, as well as with the 901 atomizer ... and, with a $1 adapter, with virtually any other atomizer or cartomizer.

I list and link to Kr8 suppliers in this article.

I agree with Don. Of the auto batteries I have used, the kr8 is by far the best in terms of vapor, power and usable time. And if you want even longer time, the XL kr8 auto is very good indeed. Don and I are talking about the KR808D-1, not the KR808D-2, which is also known as an E9 battery. That battery/PV type is much less supported these days, as it is an older and much less reliable technology. In general, if a site is selling KR808, chances are they mean KR808D-1. And you will find there is range of types of cartos you can get for it, and as Don said, adapters allow it to be used with other atty/carto makes.
