Cheap Drip Tip - Boge Carto Condoms

Since Drip Tips are $3 each + shipping and I always seem to have more cartos than drip tips, I was looking around for something to use "in a pinch".

I grabbed one of the rubber "condoms" that come with Boge Cartomizers and cut the closed end off with a pair of scissors. I stuck this over the open end of my carto leaving about half hanging off.

It's better than tasting the metal of the carto and "good enough" to stand in for a real delrin drip tip.
I've only been using it for a little while. If I have any serious negatives after a day or two, I'll update this thread.

Makes me glad I didn't throw them away

Yes I had heard of this before but thanks for the reminder. Some vendors now include free drip tips which is a blessing.

I have about 12 or 15 in transit right now. But I like the idea in a pinch...
