I'm impressed. madvapes has no less than 3 types of e-cig kits for $9.99 you can give away to friends, strangers on the street, that cute girl at McDonalds, your mother or in law anyone who needs one.

Disposable E-Cigarette Blister Pack

510 DISPOSABLE E-CIG KIT with Blue LED

510 DISPOSABLE E-CIG KIT with Red LED

Of course you can get them for yourself too. Some reviews say these are still going strong after 3 months. Thats a good thing about getting these from madvapes, you can read the reviews and folks on ECF can attest to the products quality.

We are coming up on the Holiday season where people like to give gifts in accordance with their various religious beliefs. These things can make great stocking stuffers.

You could take a hundred bucks, buy ten of these and keep them in your car to give to people you meet who smokes. At these prices it's a worthy investment to help save someones life. Just my opinion.

I'd get one to see how it tasted and how it vaped first. A lot of people I talk to about vaping said they tried a cheapo pv and it was so nasty it put them off vaping.

A disposable is actually what got me and several people I know vaping. Last year the guy from Apollo was giving out free disposables and you paid for shipping. That thing was amazing and it lasted forever. The drag on it was comparable if not better than some of the KR808's I've tried and the taste of the juice was surprisingly good. Some of the other cheapo kits are like sucking a milkshake through a coffee stir and the juice is nasty.

I've never tried the MV kits but if they're good pvs it's worth considering for the price. The Apollo disposables are on the expensive side compared to the MV kits but it's what made me realize I could make the switch.

Thanks for that. I think you said the important bit: "it's what made me realize I could make the switch. " That's the point everyone must get to personally.

I knew with my first hit on my Riva that it would work for me. Great vape volume, good flavor ( I used Freedomsmokeusa's Marlboro flavor)

Oh I posted this in the liquid forum. Was supposed to be general, I wasn't paying attention. Sorry,

mods please move this for me, thanks.

Try these:
Electronic Cigarette Kits for $7.95.

I bought two, one to try and one to give away, and I think they're great. I chose the menthol flavor and it was surprisingly good. It comes with an 808 rechargeable shorty, two prefilled (and refillable) 808 cartomizers, and a cordless USB charger. I think it's a GREAT "Try Me" kit. It's only 180 mah, so the batt dies about after about an hour of heavy vaping, but as I said, it is rechargeable, which makes it well worth the price vs. disposable "Try Me" kits.

I got converted by a $15 kit (Xhale o2) that is commonly available at 7-11's and gas stations. However, it was a frustrating experience. For me, I had to buy 2 kits because of battery life and the refill carts were expensive. Before I knew it, it was a money pit. I still keep it around for dripping playing around.

That said, it converted me but I doubt many would put up with my frustrations. After only a week, smoking and vaping, I was about ready to give up. I really didn't think I could afford better, little did I know I could get something better for cheaper.

My girlfriend was instantly turned off of E Cigs until I got a "real" PV. Even then, she wasn't ready to buy one, based on her other experiences, thinking that at some point, she would end up getting the same experience with the cheap ones. I just ordered her a kit over the weekend. My older brother tried my cheap E Cig and didn't like it at all either. Once I got my Riva, he gained interest, without trying, only off a facebook post of how I hadn't smoked at all for 3 days, which was very surprising to him. He knew I had ordered a new PV, and I told him I thought it would be much better, so I think he saw how significant it was.

So, I think for some people, it is a great way to start, though not the best. For others, I think it is just a toy to play with between smokes after about a day of trying to use it extensively.

For me, I am going to buy an extra battery so anyone who is interested can try it for extended periods of time (not just grabbing mine) without loosing my back up battery.

I have put together a little "kit" now for anyone who asks me what I recommend. Instead of just recommending a starter kit, I add a few extra things, and liquid I found most people like. It cuts down the learning curve and if they want to research and try new things, it's up to them but if they start with something that works, it tends to enhance there experience greatly.

Maybe it's just me but for about $55, you can get a much better setup that will last you quite a bit before ordering more stuff.
