Cheap handouts . . .

I'm running out of disposable cigalikes to give to potential converts. So it's time to restock. In the past, I've picked up closeouts and thus kept my costs below about $5.00 per cigalike. I'd prefer to keep my costs at about the same level.

Here's what I'm looking for:

1. cigalike form factor. While I prefer Provaris and Vamos, newbies seem to need the much smaller form factor.
2. Decent flavor (I know this is subjective -- none of the cigalikes' flavors work for me) and vapor production.
3. Reasonable lifetime (around 180-200 mAh minimum on the battery).
4. Mild preference for button, as opposed to automatic, activation.
5. Reloadability, or at least a bunch of pre-loaded cartos in the package would be nice.
6. Rechargeability would be a HUGE plus.

I'm also in no hurry, so shipment by slow boat from China is a non-factor.

My question is: given the parameters above, what are the best cheapies out there and who has the best delivered price (including shipping)?
