Cheaper alternative to Space Jam Eclipse

I am new to vaping and have only been using Space Jam Eclipse.

I am looking for a cheaper alternative.

Would this juice be considered an RY4? It doesn't mention caramel.

I would not consider it an RY4. I vape both on a regular basis. You should give the RY4 a try. Some suppliers put a little twist on their RY4s and there are some really good ones out there.
