Cheapest KR808 cartos?

Hey all. I'm thinking about getting back into cartos. I haven't compared prices on them in a long time, so I'm really out of the loop.

I'm looking for the best prices (keeping shipping in mind) on blank cartos. I know of plenty of places I can get 5 for $9/$10, just wondering if there is anywhere cheaper.

I've heard a lot of talk about "soft tip" cartomizers...are they better? Also, are 510 cartomizers better than 808 cartomizers?

They are hard capped, but not glued. Doesnt matter to me cause i remove it and put a drip tip on it anyways. I have tried the 510's but they were LR ones and I didnt like em. But i also use a 6v device.
