Having heard so many good things about the general performance of KR808 cartos and V4L juices I decided to give them a whirl. I however, didn't have any interest in buying a new battery system as I have a perfectly functional BB (my only ecig) with 4 IMR14500s and a Pila IBC. I started with this system over 2 months ago and haven't had an analog since, I also haven't really had any desire to get a new ecig, just intend keep buying juice and consumables for the one I have.
I ordered 90ml worth of juices (WOW coffee, WOW french vanilla, and WOW sour cherry) and 10 "empty WOW" (premium) cartomizers from V4L (they threw in another 2x5ml of juice samples! YAY). I also purchased 5x510>808 adapters and 5x delrin drop-tips from goodprophets. (I don't use the drip tips for dripping, but as a more comfortable thing to stick in my lips that gets the heat away from my mouth, I yank the drip-tips out and drip directly onto the inner rim of the carto for top-ups).
So far, it seems to me that the KR808 cartos are a better match for the 3.7V BB. I'm not sure if it's the liquid or the cartos that made the difference but I am enjoying the ecig much more now than at any time before. The flavors of these juices are are deep, rich, and complex compared with previous juices I've used. I was using 510 cartos/atty's before. They worked fine, but I think these work better. Seems like more consistent performance that I attribute to better fluid absorption and wicking behavior with the 808s.
Anyone else using V4L KR808 premium (wow) cartos on battery mods?
