You don't need to cut it all the way to 12. What happens is this. If you buy 48 mg flavor, fill your bottle half with the high nic juice and you get 24, mix it anyway you'd like for your nic needs, I simply used the 1-1 ratio for best case volume scenario or maximum juiceage.
tasty vapor does have the liquid/juice which has nicotine, up to 48mg. It also has the doublers. 15$ for the nicotine liquid even unflavored diy. Or 15$ for doublers. He has straight vg you can buy for diy. Or straight pg you can buy for diy. On the front page is Flavor of the Week liquid/juice which is only 10$. You pick the amount of vg/pg you want added to that and also what mg you want, 12, 24, 36,48. 
On the order page itself, if you don't like any of the flavor combos he has listed, click on the diy blue icon. Its the first icon(I think). There you can pick 1 or 2 or 3 flavors combined, to come up with whatever you want. It won't be three seperate bottles but up to 3 flavors in a bottle. Do that for every bottle you want, if you are not getting his flavor combos. Then you pick the vg/pg amount you want. Vg makes more vapor/smoke. It tells you some info on that. Then you pick how high nicotine you want in your order. Up at the top is the live chat button. If hes online it will say and he can answer your questions, and help you pick out things or explain.

If you want the nicotine with no flavor he has that. It is called diy as its name. It is under the first blue icon. Its a drop down list and says diy. You choose that and it is just nicotine and you choose the strength you want. It has no flavor, just nicotine. The doublers have NO nicotine in them at all. They just flavor or double your nicotine. Make your own flavor nic juice in the one blue section. No one else I have seen sells doublers. It is his idea and no can't beat the price. What flavors are you looking for? He has raspberry, tropical punch, butter creme, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, etc.
Electronic Ash sells it cheaper then 9 if it is the feature of the day.
