Checking continuity

I need to do some troubleshooting on a mod that isn't firing. Can someone tell me what to use on this dmm to check continuity? Thanks.

Put the leads in the COM and V-omega-mA-BAT connection positions and set the meter to 200 OHM. For continuity you'll either read a very low resistance or the meter will say something like OPEN or something similar to indicate no continuity.

Turn it to ->| if it has a connection it will move from a 1 all the way on one side to a three diget number norm 001, I have this meter

200 DCV for a volt check.
200 in the Ohm section to check resistance.

Make sure you have continuity from your atty pin to your 510 pin. It's rarely a mod issue. It's usually an atty pin continuity issue. Let us know.

I got continuity in everything I checked, so that wasn't the problem. I took the mod apart and cleaned with ISO and a toothbrush, and the darned thing works fine now. I have kept it pretty clean but must have gotten something in there that caused it to not fire.
