would collapse, since 30-50% of the US population is employed in the healthcare field.
Now if the US made ecigs 100% legal, and left it slowly convert everyone,
then over the next 20 yrs or so, the workforce could handle such a transfer.
Then in the next 50 yrs, we could convert the healthcare system workers into
more of a well being/wellness awareness drive with health clubs and personal trainers
for every single citizen.
