Okay made one of these and have had several people ask me how I did it. It is hard to express entirely in text, so I have put it in pics too so I can express how I got her done. I know this has been done, this is how I do it, not trying to steal any idea's this is just my take on it, and a very simple way to put together a Hybrid in 30 minutes. Oh and by the way it works as well as my other premium Hybrids at 1/3 of their retail cost.

First assemble the goodies. You will need 1. Chee-chee, chinese GGTS clone. 2.AGA-t version 1 with threaded cap. 3.AGA-t 2 or any other model of aga. 4.Lead free solder 5.Pipe thread tape 6.scrap mesh 7.soldering iron.

First: Remove top cap from AGA-t version one with threaded cap. take a pair of pliers and remove the press fitted negative post.

Second: Roll up scrap mesh and insert it into non-threaded holes of atty cap. Make sure it is snug, and trim it off so it sits beneath the surface .

Third: Solder a small neat bead of lead free solder to the cap over the inserted mesh to completely occlude the hole. This will keep juice from leaking into battery tube.

Fourth:Wrap two screw thread shafts with plumbers tape, and screw them in snug. Also ensure's tight seal to keep juice in the tank where it belongs.

Fifth:Apply two insulators to the center pins and insert it. The second insulator keeps the center pin extended and provides a cusion between the positive battery connection when the atty is screwed onto the tube. The center pin will extend past the soldered sections and and srews to make contact with the battery positive post. Assemble the atomizer using the AGA-t2 top.

Sixth: Assemble a wick and coil as per usual. I used 500ss wick lightly oxidized on top, and 28g Kanthal a-1 with a 4 wrap. Comes out to 0.8 ohms.

Your atty is now ready to rock and roll! It can be used on 22mm mods, and I have used on GUS telescope. For this tutorial I chose a Chinese Chee-Chee.

This is an 18350 Hybrid. Chee is disassembled and only pieces pictured on the right are needed. Tube and top cap to the left can be set up for alternative use, set them to the side.

I chose an AW IMR 18350 battery for the excellent amp limit and performance.

Choose a thoroughly awesome juice and filler up!

Absolutely fantastic!! Pictured with an Ihybrid in 18350 mode, and a ZAPMAX 18650 for reference. Good pocket Hybrid here.

Should I expect a big difference with this setup over plain screwing the aga-t2 into the 510 connector of the chee-chee? Or is it more of an aesthetic thing?

I would not say huge, I have not done a side by side, and you can wrap your coil to get whatever you want out of it. So that would depend more on the build of the coil. But it does give a pretty good performance in comparison. Yes, it is much slimmer and pocketable.

Nice work! I think this combo is a little more accessible than GP Paps version studiovap originally did. So any reason you guys didn't just tap the holes and run with 4 screws?

I have a couple flavors from MOV - pretty good stuff although when I ordered I couldn't seem to choose a ratio other than the default 70/30 which is more PG than I like. I see yours is also that ratio - do you know if they ever have / make other ratios?

Could easily be tapped too, I just soldered the previous one and it did quite well, So I figured if it aint broke? This is literally the easiest and fastest way to go IMO.
Don't know about MOV juices, could probably get it with more VG if you contacted them. I actually cut it with some VG to make it 50/50. That tends to wick well with the 500ss wicks.
very nice! I'm after the ultimate pocketable mod myself. This looks pretty compact.
Quite compact and cheap!

Does anyone know of a place that sells the original AGA-T at a decent price? Lots of vendors have updated to the T+ or T2.

May wanna snap some up, they are gonna be extinct soon.

Not sure if I was being too clever with the "MOV" acronym and failed, but just in case, MOV = Mountain Oak Vapors - same stuff as your pic. Just checked their site again and seems you can only choose the 70/30. Anyways enough hijacking the thread and once again, nice work!

Brandon there is no such thing as hijacking a Nurzrachit thread. It's already jacked bro! No I understood what you meant, I have been ordering from MOV for about a year. They do make good juice and it is already in bottles where I prefer my juices. I have always just ordered the default, and thinned it some with VG like I said. They have great customer service IMO, and if you contacted them, I bet they would adjust ratio's, just a hunch.
But don't worry about getting off topic, cuz there ain't one. I don't care if you post a pic of a midget riding a donkey.:D In fact I encourage it!

Great tutorial Nurz... as I seem to be acquiring a ChiChi soon... and I already have an AGA-T2... I just need to find an older AGA to build my own cheebrid.... I grew rather fond of David's while it was here... and now I want one lol... This is a fantastic little device for the money required to build it. Just sucks that DV is out of stock on the old AGA :(
