Just wanted to see how people feel about the cherry bomber and mini.
Youbonly run into that is you dont know what your doin with a full mech box
I don't own one, it's not my video. It was posted by @rolygate, one of ECF's forum managers.Youbonly run into that is you dont know what your doin with a full mech box
The auto fire issue comes from the box always being live the only reason why the box is live it's because it's fully mechanical it runs off the same principle as a to mech the only difference is that the button is placed on the bottom & not decide there for keeping the tube non hotI don't own one, it's not my video. It is a fully mechanical box there is no MOSFET no wires and no chips I own one so I know the button is the part that completes the negative circuitIt's not just a full mech box.
The positive is always on.
It's switched negative.
And this is the problem with the Cherry Bomber and the faux hybrid mods. People don't always do their research prior to purchasing a mod. They should, but they don't. Many just assume that any mod is just a another mod.Known your gear.
They are designed for ADVANCED USERS ONLY!
There can be an issue if the user doesn't understand how it works.
It is NOT made to be shoved in your pocket. If this is your plan, don't buy it.

I am not staring up an argument I am basically informing you that you're trying to say that a fully mechanical box my isn't a fully mechanical box mod the term fully mechanical means no wires MOSFETs or chips so by you saying is not a fully mechanical box is incorrectAre you trolling for an argument?
One last time:
It is a fully mechanical box mod.
It is not JUST a fully mechanical box mod.
The problem with it is not about fully mechanical box mod.
The problem with it is about positive always on and a negative body.
And if you own one great, you could have said that first instead of trying to stir up an arguement
But do you notice the lack of wires chips or a MOSFET in the box just like a mechanical tube modIt's not just a full mech box.
The positive is always on.
It's switched negative.

That's the same way tube mod worksIt is a fully mechanical box there is no MOSFET no wires and no chips I own one so I know the button is the part that completes the negative circuit
Aside from the typos (?) aboveThe auto fire issue comes from the box always being live the only reason why the box is live it's because it's fully mechanical it runs off the same principle as a to mech the only difference is that the button is placed on the bottom & not decide there for keeping the tube non hot

Every full mechanical box mod works under the same principle only difference is is that some of them have a non-conductive piece of material over the top keeping you from touching metal to metalAside from the typos (?) above, the increased potential danger of the Cherry Bomber is in its design. Not because its "like a tube mechanical mod", because its not. Yes, they may both be mechanical mods, but the similar comparison stops there. Mechanical tube mod bodies are not always "live", they are electrically negative. The Cherry Bomber's body is electrically positive.
As edyle was trying to point out, the electrical design of the Cherry Bomber made this mod potentially dangerous to uninformed consumers. That's why we say those mods are for advanced, INFORMED, vapers. IMHO, I don't understand why someone would design a mod like this.
When people come here asking for opinions, we have no way to know how advanced or informed they are. Hence the warnings already posted above.
If it's not a fully mechanical box mod then what would you call itTry quoting where I said or tried to say any such thing.
I said it is a fully mechanical box mod.
I said it is not JUST a fully mechanical box mod referring to the fact that there is something different about it and I said what that is: negative switched.
Yes.And this is the problem with the Cherry Bomber and the faux hybrid mods. People don't always do their research prior to purchasing a mod. They should, but they don't. Many just assume that any mod is just a another mod.
It's good that the OP came here to ask questions prior to making a purchase.
