Just hunt down any of the 510 carto vids. I have several different ones and they are all pretty much the same as Blu or vice versa.
1) Bend a little hook at the end of a paperclip
2) Insert into hole on the mouth end and pop cap out
3) Remove silicone ring (if any, some Blu cartos have them some don't)
4) Hold at a 45 deg angle and drip 6-8 drops down the sides, careful not to drip down center air tube. (I read that it should look like a slushy)
5) Replace ring and end cap, or leave ring out
6) Let it sit for about 10-20 min
7) Hold threaded end on paper towel and gently blow through mouth end to clear any fluid, clean off threads.
8) Attach to battery and puff away.
That fill stuff on those things taste nasty fast, beware lol...
