Does anyone here OWN a Chi-You clone that is NOT made by h-cigar?
I'd love to see pics for comparison and know who the manufacturer is.
I'm just really curious because I haven't actually seen one.

I don't think so. Hopefully we will be seeing people posting the one's they bought from FT. FT now lists the Hcigar one. If it comes in a black box, then it is from Hcigar. That is what mine came in. The first two they listed might not be from Hcigar, but we won't know until people start getting them.

LOL. I know - I cancelled my order for the first one FT listed (since it hadn't shipped) - and I jumped on the newly posted one because of that black box. I posted somewhere about that black box being the same as all the Hcigar GrandVapor clones that I got - I guessed it was the Hcigar model and made the switch.
So, I won't be getting the first one that FT posted.
Still makes me wonder if those were even different or if FT just made a booboo.

All I got from that review is that he is not happy about it and that they are virtually the same.

I do wish they didn't put the logo on it. I plan on sanding mine off.

Did anyone else see the comment about the stolen Red Devils logo?

BTW cowfood - did you tell Rip that your lock ring is sanded down?

It's a solid mod and quality built. Ethics aside its a good buy.

Uh, it was not sanded down. Mojo makes / and made flush lock rings. I made no modifications to this Chi-You.. I think Mojo could not figure out which style he liked better, 2012 versions large diameter, early 2013's flush diameter, later 2013's large diameter, etc.. IOW Mojo made the Chi-You lock rings in both configurations...

I think Mojo could not figure out which style he liked better, 2012 versions large diameter, early 2013's flush diameter, later 2013's large diameter, etc.. IOW Mojo made the Chi-You lock rings in both configurations...

Interesting - did not know that. Haven't seen one with a flush lock ring.
I was never granted access to vaporwall, so I don't have access to the wonderful world of highend mods (don't have access there either).
I feel shunned and left out - guess I'll just have to keep buying clones.
