Got myself a Stormtrooper helmet. Made by prop maker Andrew Ainsworth of Shepperton Design Studios who created the original Stormtrooper helmets and armor for the first Star Wars movie A New Hope in 1976. Yes you can't see a thing in it, and yes I was too short for the full suit.

Haven't seen the latest (and now another coming out) and I never got invested, but I know there've been different versions. Even your avatar for example.

How many design versions are there?

The one I got is from the first trilogy (episode IV,V,VI). The one in my avatar is from the new films, which I am also thinking of pre-ordering from a company called anovos.

Of course there were lots of other variations within the films for different roles like Cold assault stormtroopers seen in the Empire Strikes Back, or the Scout Trooper who rode the speeder bikes in the Return of the Jedi.
