china dna30 goes "too hot" very fast

I have a new dna30 hanna clone made by hotcig (sticker inside), it show "too hot" very fast : 2 long drag and done, i have to wait. It happens at 12W and higher, on any col : from 1ohm to 2.1ohm.

I know it's a china clone and it never perfect, but i was wondering if there is anything that can be done to lower this problem ?

Is it the sticker or the clone? Maybe they made a good clone but cloned the sticker poorly?

Does the device actually feel hot (either on the outside or inside?)

Where is the sticker located on the clone? Near the battery or near the electronic components ? Is the battery running hot? If so what battery are you using? I hope not the one that it came with , which are usually ....
