i just wanted to order from china to see if it was a viable alternative in case things don't work out too great here...

I could have spent 5 bucks more to already have the same thing. BUT, i needed to try this as a plan B.

just an update on my order. I got shipping tracking one day later through EMS and i guess it left Shaghai last night.. EMS site currently is down though, so, i may be flying blind here on it for a while... Also, apparently there's a town in China called 1844... b/c it stopped there for a couple hours..... weird...

also, does anyone else get a kick out of EMS?... I love it, it's like a chinese fedex... i dunno, just find it amusing..

HELP please. I've placed 4 orders through Runyan Direct and on my account page it shows all 4 being shipped. I tried to log into the EMS tacking service, but the link given me by Runyan in an email doesn't work. I tried with both my Safari and my Firefox browers. I can't get in and I can't track my orders.

I have no idea where anything is. Can someone help me?

RD is stellar for atomizers, shipping is not only fast but also extremely cheap, so are the atomizers. HOWEVER - i dont like their juices at all. But hardware....RD is great.

Yes you can use the same tracking they gave you on USPS tracking. Once out of china the tracking # has to be followed thru USPS. EMS will no longer update this tracking #. I get a lot of deliveries from china and that’s how I follow my packages. Hope this helps you. Ice199

I've seen where so many people here on the forum seem to within hours or at least a day or two be able to track their packages through EMS and I can't even get that website to open.

I'm sure I'm jumping the gun here, but I got a little worried when I couldn't open the EMS tracking link they gave me.

If you think it's best just to relax and wait for the packages to reach USPS, that's what I'll do.

I just wonder how so many seem to get their packages in about 4 or 5 days sometimes.

And as an added note, I think the people on this forum are great! I'm so impressed at how so many are so willing to help.

Yeah Sharon just hang tight. I have gotten more than a few orders from Runyan Direct and have never had an issue. A lot of people claim 4 to 5 days for delivery but I have found it to be otherwise. We are not allowed to direct links to other web sites but if you Google EMS tracking (English) it should pop up. You should still be able to track the package as long as it is still in china. Again once the package is out of china and in the US hands you have to track thru USPS. As for the help no problem that’s what we are all here for to get information that we need once in awhile. It would usually take about 1 day between the supplier sending the shipment out to EMS updating it to their site.

I wasn't able to access the EMS page earlier too. So it might be a server issue on EMS side. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just try again later.

EMS does in fact update the tracking info, even after it reaches the US. But it is not as detailed as the USPS site.

How long has it been since your supplier gave you a tracking number? I'd start to panic only if it has been more than 2 days and no info yet on EMS.

Are you sure you did not pre order or back order?

Suppliers who are not manufacturers and carries lots of varieties can face stocking issues as stocks from each manufacturer may arrive at different times. Also, they might have printed the shipping consignment note but not shipped it yet. Have you sent them an email to ask about this? There is also a time difference between China and the US.

I've not faced any such issues with my supplier. Almost instantaneous reply every time from Absolutelyecigs.

Im not sure if you any of you guys have ever used this website but i couldnt get any tracking from the ems website when i ordered my m402 from absolutelyecigs.com. but with this website www track-trace com it gave me some results. try it out, i think works with all of the shipping companies in the world...

I have seen most of you ordered extra atomizer from Chinese suppliers like ruyandirect, Did you receive the atomizer with letters/number on the battery end. I just want to make sure whether you can only see letters/number on atomizer with startup kit. Is it on additional atoimizer's as well.

When you go to their site and check your account, write down the Waybill number/s listed. Those are your numbers for usps.com. They should start RR and end with CN with nine numbers in between. Don't be surprised if your mailman rings the bell (you do know it must be signed for right?) and it doesn't show up in tracking until the next day. LOL

Has anyone ordered in the last few weeks from Central Trade? Placed an order on 28 April, and it is still showing as 'processing'. Getting a bit concerned that it hasn't shipped yet (2 weeks later).

I know they had a holiday in China at the beginning of May, but they had a notice on the site stating that the factory and the shipping people were on holiday, but they would continue to process orders during that period.

i just checked my order... I don't think mine was ever in customs?.. It's already in my state, and i ordered on Friday... I think i might get it tomorrow... I never have to sign for anything though.. is this a different case?? I think i signed up with the post office for signature on file (kinda remember that) or something b/c i haven't had to sign for any packages in a while (e smoking or otherwise)..

hoping i get it tomorrow!! it's about 2 hours away according to the tracking (which has updated every day btw...) went from Shanghai, to New York, to Charlotte.. all pretty much over the weekend.

Ruyan sells the true 901 atom and batt with serial# and SLB.
When i place wholesale orders withh Wayne, I am specific to him that I want those. I have gotten a few kit which weren't true 901's and I had to switch out the batts with true ones.
