Does anyone know how long it takes to order from china, and is this a good idea?

If there aren't any batteries in the package it only take's a few days to a week to get to usa. no big deal.

If you are ordering from fasttech it usually takes about a month.

My last 2 orders from FT took 10 days from shipping to my door. They did not include batteries or liquid. Liquid and ego types with internal batteries will take longer as it goes through Singapore.

Right, batteries and liquid can cause delays. If you order "in stock, ready to ship" then 10 days or so is normal. If you order "ships in 5 days" or anything else well, I've had orders take over a month to arrive.

If you mean Fast tech? I've been ordering from them for a long time. I usually get my orders within 8 to 10 days. It takes longer if you order products that aren't listed as "ships next day" or "in stock". However, everything I've ordered lately, even the "7 day til ship" ones I've gotten fairly quickly.
